Battlestar Galactica "Fleeing from the Cylon tyranny, the last Battlestar, Galactica, leads a ragtag, fugitive fleet, on a lonely quest for a shining planet known as Earth." Glen A Larson's original Battlestar Galactica TV series debuted in the wake of the enormous success of Star Wars. Operatic in scale the series was produced on a lavish budget.
