Indemnification

Refund Policy

eFX offers a thirty-day money back guarantee (excluding shipping and handling) to the ORINIGAL purchaser on any of the products sold on this Website, provided that they are returned to eFX, at the owner's expense, in original, unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. All eFX policies, products offered on the Website, and descriptions of these products are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Policy

The shipping address must be an actual address.  P.O. Boxes will not be accepted.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS.


PRE-ORDER & DEPOSITS

Your Pre-Order deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in ALL circumstances unless eFX cancels the product, in which case, eFX will refund all deposits within 30 days.

Delivery dates are only an estimate and are subject to change without notice.


D23 "MEMBERS ONLY" PRICING, POLICY AND PROCEDURES

We have teamed with D23 - The Official Community for Disney Fans, to offer a special "member only" prices on our line of Disney limited edition collectibles*.  The D23 member price adjustment will be applied to the balance due, when the product is in stock and ready to ship.  NOTE: THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF PRE-ORDER REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU ARE A D23 MEMBER OR NOT.

If you elect to use our layaway plan, the payments will be adjusted to reflect the adjusted price.

You will be required to submit your D23 membership number when you either pay the balance due or complete the necessary layaway/credit card agreement, when the item is in stock and ready to ship.  All membership numbers will be verified through D23.
